Cashback cannot be credited in any case, since Intertop has removed payment by credit card. Promotion and Cashback does not make sense,

Nonsense .... because someone wrote that the cashback was not assigned when the goods arrived at the NP. In general, the client is always wrong.

I made an order, picked it up through a new post office to measure it, everything came up, I paid for the order. The store rejected the cashback. I understand that when you do not pay immediately, Intertop does not confirm? So what's the difference, how to pick up, if 1) I paid for the purchase, although through the emergency 2) it is not spelled out in terms of cashback from the store?

I made 6 orders through the Letyshops application, none of them appeared, I paid by mail, but usually when you make a payment upon receipt, cashback appears, after it is pending, and after a while it is confirmed. Here, as I understand it, you need to pay immediately. I ordered shoes, packed well, shoes are genuine, no defects, they are allowed to measure and only then pay. I'm waiting for an answer what I did wrong and how to get cashback, according to the rules, the reserve does not work, but it was not a reserve, but an order with delivery by mail.

ATTENTION, if you are not sure how your order will be displayed (purchase or reserve), then DO NOT BUY with Letishops. I specially used it, Letishops, because there was more interest, for which I paid. The order was placed through the buy button, with self-pickup in the store, but for some reason it was displayed as a reserve (I went specifically to the store, it was determined with the size of the shoes, otherwise I would have made a reserve of several pairs). In this case, cashback is not credited. It was not written anywhere, the purchase was made with self-pickup, it is considered a reserve. I lost about UAH 150 cashback. THERE ARE OTHER CASHBACK SITES WITH A RESERVE.
