Intertop itself is not decent, I paid for the order, took it and the cashback was waiting. Then I returned part of the order, the cashback was supposed to be recalculated, but Intertop canceled it completely. As far as I understand, judging by the reviews, intertop fans do not charge cashback. I wrote to LetyShops support and the support resolved this issue, thanks to them, everything was quick and clear!
