An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.
Everything is perfect, except that if you're not at home, they leave the package with whoever is nearby. If you're not on good terms with your neighbors, the package could get lost. I strongly recommend using reputable couriers, because it's illegal to give mail or packages to uninvited people.
