But on May 31, 2019, he made an order for an LG washing machine at a price of UAH 8999 on the store's website using the Letyshops cashback service. The cashback amount was UAH 539.94 (6% of the cost of the goods). The manager immediately called me back and said that the goods could be picked up on June 2, and before that I would receive an SMS about the delivery of the goods. But the SMS never came to my phone on June 2 or 3. I called the Comfy hotline, and they told me that the manufacturer could not provide the goods and to my question why they called me and did not tell me, the answer was: "We ourselves would not have found out if you had not called us back." I asked about the possibility of delivery of goods from another store, I was told that I need to contact the store in person and make a new order, i.e. online order with cashback will no longer work. This is how the Comfy store decided to ignore the customer's order, not wanting to pay cashback. This is my opinion from the current situation.
