There are several standard cashback rates on AliExpress: 5%, 1%, and 0%. It depends on the product category.
Most likely, the purchased product belongs to the group "Everything else, as well as non-affiliated products* from the Mobile accessories, clothing, interior items, garden accessories sections". The standard cashback rate is 1%, and taking into account the 10X increase, it was 10%.
