MediaWorld is terrible. They made it appear that I requested a return and they no longer credited me the cashback! Lety gave me a small cashback for what happened.

I read many comments that report the lack of credit of the cashback despite having performed the procedure perfectly. it happens to me too often but never with small purchase amounts. classic situation with high amounts .. cashback dispersed in bureaucratic processes which can never be found despite having opened the report. or cashback registered but with different and obviously lower spending amounts. example € 3,000 of expenditure recorded only € 300 with its ridiculous cashback compared to what is due. Bad experience, I placed an order for € 700 taking advantage of the increased cashback. No credit, I promptly made a report but also by demonstrating the purchase and the correct procedure they showed me 4 months of waiting only for further checks, the cashback is not guaranteed.
