Meestal krijg ik mijn geld vrij snel terug en het wordt zonder problemen verwerkt. Ik geef het 4 sterren omdat het soms (vooral bij een hoge cashback) zo is dat mijn claim niet wordt gelezen en ik een klacht moet indienen, wat een paar maanden duurt.

Voor het eerst klaag ik over Letyshops. De cashbacks worden steeds lager, en de hoogste worden op ongelooflijk ongelegen momenten van de maand aangeboden. Ik zou bijna zeggen dat het bedoeld is om aankopen te ontmoedigen, maar het slaat nergens op als ze hun geld verdienen aan de aankopen die we doen. Ik ben zo teleurgesteld dat ik niet eens de helft van mijn aankopen meer bij Letyshops doe.

I placed an order on July 26th and followed the cashback steps to the letter to avoid any problems (like the last time I did), and it's giving me problems again. My cashback shows nothing pending; in other words, it says I haven't made any purchases, when I actually have. Seeing the problems Letyshops is giving me every time I buy from La Casa del Libro, I'm considering using another cashback app. Because I'm tired of them always doing the same thing to me.

I generally don't have any problems ordering from Letyshops. The problem I have is when you have the Casa del Libro app. Purchases work the same as on the website, but you have to go to the website instead of using the app. The app offers several payment methods, such as PayPal, while on the website you can only use credit cards and another option. If they fix this so that Letyshops can be used with Casa del Libro from the app, as is the case with Moravia or AliExpress, then I'll give it 5 stars, although in my opinion, I'd give it 4.5 right now if it were possible.

I spend a fortune on school books, only for you to tell me there's no cashback and give me a four-month notice? Is my bronze status in doubt? I don't recommend La Casa del Libro, and Letyshop tells me it doesn't exist in the system. All credibility is lost. It makes me want to give up.
