After 40-50 minutes, the store manager called back and warned that "the product is from the display case and the packaging is open." To my question "is there any damage or signs of use?" the answer was - NO! After another 30-40 minutes, the manager calls back again, unfortunately, I don't remember the same one or not, and says the following: "The product has strong abrasions and signs of use and that they cannot sell it to me at all. And there is no other like it!" As a result, the order was canceled, the money was returned. When ordering the product, nowhere on the store's website is it indicated that this is a product from the display case! Also, the store's website still indicates the product is in stock, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT!!! The relevance of the product on the website does not correspond to reality! As a result, a lot of negativity and wasted time! My opinion is this - the store is absolutely not interested in quality service, the employees do not care about your time. Complete degradation of service! Those who value their time and want to receive quality service in return - do not repeat my sad experience, pass by! Continuation... On the store's website, in the chat bot, after returning the money and refusing to sell, I asked about availability. The consultant said that there was one in stock and possibly from the showcase, well done! And added "If payment upon receipt, I can place an order for you." This situation made me think that the increased cashback from the store is fiction or "it just happened."
