1. I paid for the goods with LetyShops activated. Three days later, Foxtrot called and said that for some "technical" reasons they could not credit these funds and said that they would refund the money, and I had to pay again in the store, and of course all cashbacks are lost. When I offered to compensate for the difference, they said that they were not going to do it. 2. The goods that came from three positions 2 are not suitable: 2.1. 1 of 6 Berlinger Haus knives Knife set 6 pieces BH 2542 (damaged handle and blade) 2.2. GUSTO universal lid (with handle) 24cm for frying pan incomplete (1 of 2 washers missing)

All purchases in Foxtrot were perfect. The staff is polite, friendly and goes to meet wishes. Cashback is not "lost" :)

I made an order using "last minute cashback". It appeared in "waiting" immediately after the order. I received the goods, paid not with a Monobank card, but the store rejected the cashback. I bought Lenovo legion 5, had to buy it remotely from another city, these incompetent and irresponsible workers from the store/warehouse "Foxtrot" did not even check the display before sending it for defects, although I directly told them to do this in the comments to the order. As if they deliberately did everything the other way around. The screen is defective with a small gray spot and the cooling system whistles. There was no talk of compensation with coupons, no apologies in any form for the inconvenience caused, and that I had to drag a box with 3 kg of junk on a platter back to them

You or Foxtrot have deliberately deceived me, no cashback, and I made a purchase from Foxtrot solely because of the "hot cashback" that day the question was either Citrus or Foxtrot. They won't send the goods, they refuse cashback, and I will probably refuse the purchase, why deceive your customers, disappointment and that's all

Happy with Foxtrot, made 2 purchases for 6 and 7 thousand, increased cashback. The first one appeared immediately, the second one did not, I applied, everything was found. Both were paid at the same time after 3 weeks.
